We offer you a limited lifetime warranty on all of our screen repairs. We offer a 6-month warranty battery replacements and a 1-month warranty for liquid damage. Our limited lifetime warranty covers all manufacturer issues on the screens such as touch sensitivity issues, dead pixels, etc. Any and all physical damage or liquid damage of any capacity on the screen will void the warranty provided.
In most cases mobile or tablet repairs can be done within 15 minutes; however, it could take up to 1 hour depending on the device. Laptop repairs are generally done within the same day but could take longer depending on the problem of the device. Older devices are known to operate slower after a new software update. This is due to the phone’s hardware not being able to support the newer features designed for the new models.
All of the repairs we do are different from one another, in some cases, there might be a need for extra parts. Therefore payment is done after the job is complete.

The average battery deteriorates after 400 charge cycles which are roughly 1-2 years of regular use. If you are currently using an Apple device then you can check your battery health by navigating to Settings -> Battery -> Battery health, you'd generally want to change the battery once it is at 80% or below.
If you are having difficulties charging, check the charging port to see if it is loose or if dirt has gotten inside of it, most likely in these cases you need to change the charging port. If the cable connects firmly then it would probably be the charging port.
